Franchise Functionality and BizIQ

Just a couple of points that are good to know about with BizIQ and Franchise Functionality.

• Users on the on a franchise URL will use their net chef user ID with @fiveguys_fr_[unique franchise URL identifier] and their Net Chef password. Linkage still needs to be done by Crunchtime, please be sure to include the franchise URL in the request.
  • Example, the URL for testfranchise is fiveguysTF-em.net-chef.com, so the unique identifier is TF. Someone in this group would add @fiveguys_fr_TF to their user ID when attempting to log into https://www.ct-biziq.com.
• Users on the corporate URL will not see reporting in the BizIQ tab in Net Chef in a franchise URL, only the corporate URL.
