How it Works
Five Guys University gets its user data directly from the back of house system for the point of sale. Because of this you must make sure that your employee lists are accurate as FGU will always mirror what is in the back of house.
To transfer users you must use the transfer function in your back of house software to move a user to another location. 24 - 48 hours after that process has been completed the user will appear under the correct location in Five Guys University.
A note for Radiant users
Radiant users have the most difficulty as the process for that system requires multiple steps. If you have never transferred a user in Radiant we suggest you complete the Online Learning Module on transfers which is located in the Information Center folder in RedPrairie.
Transferring users across different systems
Users cannot be transferred across different back of house systems. Instead the user must be created as a new person in the back of house at their new location. Once the user appears in Five Guys University, submit a support ticket and the support desk will transfer the user's transcript to the new account.
