When stores convert to CrunchTime, users will be assigned new login credentials for Five Guys University. Users can log in using the email address listed in their back of house profile (recommended) or the system-assigned username. To add an email, franchise locations can add email addresses directly into NetChef. Corporate locations will need to update the employee's profile in HRIS.
If no email address was provided, users can log in using their system-assigned username. CrunchTime usernames follow the format of FirstNameLastName.Store#. For example, John Smith at store 0001 will have JohnSmith.0001 as his username.
If any employee is locked out, managers can reset passwords on their own from the manage members area.
FGU Support works closely with the Five Guys IT department to ensure any duplicate profiles generated by the switch are removed quickly. If you notice that duplicate users aren't falling off your employee list please submit a ticket and support will remove them.
FGU receives its user data directly from NetChef so you must make sure that your employee setup list reflects who is actually employed at your stores. For corporate locations, NetChef receives its user data directly from HRIS so you will need to make sure everything is correct in that system.
