How to Use Microsoft MyApplications

Overview

Microsoft MyApplications is the new Single Sign-On (SSO) portal replacing CyberArk.

This portal allows you to:

• Sign in once.
• Access all Five Guys applications from one location.
• Launch apps without remembering multiple passwords.

How to Access the New SSO:

1. Open Microsoft Edge.
2. Go to http://myapps.microsoft.com/
3. Sign in using Five Guys email and password.

TIP: Bookmark this page – It is now your main SSO login page.

Create a Collection

Collections help group related apps together.

1. Select  create collection.

   

2. Enter a collection name.
3. Search and select app you want to add.

4. Select Create collection to add the collection.

   

5. You can now see your new collection in My Apps.

   

Delete a Collection

You can delete only the collections that you created. Deleting a collection does not delete the apps.

1. Go to the collection you want to remove.

2. Select the Settings button.

   

3. Press Delete.

   

Add a Site

In addition to adding apps that have been assigned to you by your admin, you can add your own sites. To add a site, use the following steps.

1. Select + Add apps at the top of the page.

   

2. Enter a name for your site.
3. Enter a URL.
4. Optionally, select other collections that you want your site to be part of.
5. Select Save.

Customize View

Customize view manages how your apps are displayed.

• Manage collections allows you to create, rename, hide, or delete collections. Drag collections to control the order they appear.
• Under Layout you can choose how apps appear: List view will display apps in a vertical list.
