Inside file explorer select the OneDrive folder that has the document you would like to share.
Right Click the document and select the "share" option with the blue cloud
A window will pop up that will prompt you to share with specific email addresses. Input the chosen recipients under the "To:" section
Click on the dropdown menu next to the pencil icon. This will allow you to edit how the documents is used once the recipient has received it.
You can select if you would like the recipient to edit the document by checking the "allow edit" option.
In addition, select who you want the link to work for by selecting any of the options: "Anyone with the link", "People in Five Guys Enterprises", "People with existing access", or "specific people"
Once you have chosen the options you prefer, select apply and send
