To change your Egnyte Co-Edit settings:
- Locate your Windows taskbar, normally located at the bottom of Windows.
On the far right of the taskbar, near date & time, click the up-menu arrow, then click the Egnyte icon.
- When the Egnyte settings menu appears, click the gear button, then click the 3 dots next to “fiveguys”, choose “Configure” then hit the “Continue” button.
- You should see the “Configure your drive” menu, scroll down to “Co-editing app defaults”.
- Here you can “Reset All Co-Editing Options” or set your individual preferences for supported documents to Never Co-Edit, Ask, and Always Co-Edit.
- Hit the “Save” button when done editing settings.
