Can I use Idaptive on my mobile device?
Yes. The same applications available in the Idaptive user portal can also be delivered on your mobile device through the google play store/app store
Once you have installed the mobile app, open the app and log in with your Idaptive user details to access the same dashboard you see on your computer, just in a mobile-friendly package.
Will Idaptive work with all Five Guys websites?
The short answer is no. While Idaptive offers numerous ways to integrate with existing websites, not all technologies are compatible with the product. Websites will be integrated in one of three ways:
- FULL INTEGRATION – A Full Integration is one where Idaptive manages all login processes. You simply click the supplied icon and Idaptive does all the work. (This type of integration will be used for the Extranet)
- SEMI-INTEGRATED – This type of integration will require users to enter their supplied login credentials one time for the requested website/application. Idaptive will store the supplied login credentials and users will not be required to enter that information in the future. (Boss, Five Guys University and Market Force support this type of integration)
- BOOKMARK – For websites with security and hosting that do not support integration of any kind, Idaptive will supply a bookmark or shortcut link. Users will be required to enter their login credentials to the requested website just like you do today. (Red Prairie is an example of a bookmarked website
Will I still be able to access Five Guys websites outside of Idaptive?
Yes and no. Fully integrated websites/platforms like the extranet will only be accessible through Idaptive. This means that you must be logged in to the Idaptive dashboard (via SSO.FiveGuys.com) to access the extranet. We are in the process of establishing redirects for current URLs of websites/platforms that will be fully integrated into Centrify. Other websites, such as Five Guys University and Market Force, will still be accessible to you through their normal URLs.
How do I enable single sign-on?
Corporate employees already have access to Idaptive.
- To access your Idaptive dashboard, visit SSO.FiveGuys.com.

Once there, enter your Outlook email and Outlook password.
- You will then be redirected to the Idaptive dashboard, which contains all employee resources available to you. Once logged in, you’ll reach the dashboard, which features all apps.
- Click the gray squares in the upper right corner to edit the saved username and password or to delete the application.
How do I Change my Password
- Choose Account on the left hand menu
- On the password section click edit
- Change your password following the prompts
- Click OK
