- Navigate to Windows settings > Bluetooth & Devices > Printers & Scanners
- Remove the non working printer/scanner
- Remove the USB cable from the printer
- Restart the computer
- Log back in and navigate to Windows settings > Bluetooth & Devices > Printers & Scanners
- Plug the USB cable back to the printer
- Wait 2 - 5 minutes for the printer & drivers to install
- Attempt a print test
NOTE: Please check the USB cable to make sure is not damaged.
