How it works
After being set up, new employees will be given 31 days to complete the Five Guys Required Courses curriculum. During this 31-day period they will be considered On Time. If they do not complete their courses within the this period they will be flagged as Overdue.
Stores will be scored based on their percentage of overdue employees. For example, if 1 employee is overdue out of a total of 10 employees, the store will have an overdue rate of 10%. The standard for all locations will be 0 overdue employees at all times.
The table below outlines the differences and benefits of this system:

What’s happening to progress percentages?
The progress percentage metric will remain in FGU but it will not be reported on. Rising progress percentages are still useful because they indicate that training is being completed. As an employee reaches the deadline their progress percentage should reach 100%.
How to get your numbers
This system has already been built into FGU and you can access your overdue percentage from the same reporting screens. For example, if you run a curricula report you will see your number of overdue employees at the location. Remember, you should never have any employees that are overdue.
How to find which employees are overdue
To see which employees at a location are overdue, run a required courses curriculum report. Then under the Due Time drop-down menu select Due Time: Overdue.
This will show you a list of overdue employees, the date they were assigned, the date the courses were due, and their current progress.
More information
The FGU manager's guide has also been updated to show where these numbers can be acquired at all levels of the organization. For detailed instructions watch the video in the link below.
