There are many benefits of creating a Vendor Schedule in CrunchTime. It will add a task to the Dashboard reminding you to place the order; when placing an order, it will auto-populate the Delivery Day and Consumption Days, and finally will show a task on the Dashboard on the delivery day.
- Login to the CrunchTime Net-Chef
- Login: <<your Net-Chef username>>
- Password: <<your password>>
- Click Purchasing
- Click Vendor Information
- Click the > (Edit) icon to open the detail screen for the desired vendor
- For each Order Day, check the corresponding checkbox.
- Enter the Order By Time for the Order Days selected in Step #5, in 24-hour time format.
- Select a specific Delivery Day from the drop-down
- {Day} for a delivery day within the current week.
- 2nd {Day} for a delivery day within the next week.
- 3rd {Day} for a delivery day within the following week.
- (Optional) Enter or edit the Name, Title, or Phone for the Contact Person.
- (Optional) Users can create a Message that will appear on purchase orders for this vendor from the current location.
- (Optional) Users can record Private Notes Regarding Vendor, for reference purposes only.
- Click Save
Example –
Store orders Monday by 10 AM for Delivery Tuesday.
Store orders Thursday by 10 AM for Delivery Friday.
