Consolidated Employee Breaks
The Consolidated Employee Breaks report allows managers to review all breaks (paid and unpaid) taken by employees within a 30 day period at all locations within the selected hierarchy. The report displays data for completed shifts worked at the employee's primary location, with the option to include data from alternate locations (shift data displayed in italics). The report will ignore any incomplete shift records. Managers’ information will only be included for authorized users.

The report checks for break violations by comparing break rules (defined in Enterprise Manager) for each employee's primary location to actual hours and break records displayed in the Labor Summary screen. A violation occurs when an employee does not take a break or takes a break that isn’t long enough. Violations will display on the report in two ways:
- If an employee took a break (paid or unpaid) that was too short, a tool tip outlining the violation will appear when the user passes the mouse over the value in the Paid Break or Unpaid Break field; this value will be displayed in red text and underlined to indicate that the tool tip is available.
- If an employee did not take a break (paid or unpaid) in the appropriate timeframe, all values in the shift line that includes the time when the break should have been taken will be displayed in red text.
Consolidated Employee Time Detail
The Consolidated Employee Time Detail report displays labor details for multiple locations and at different levels in the corporate hierarchy. The report displays data for shifts worked at the locations in the hierarchy, with the option to include data from alternate locations. This enables managers to track payroll usage for each employee, which will show, for example, how many hours an employee worked and the cost of those hours. Managers’ information will only be included for authorized users

Report Controls
Date Range Start/Finish: Calendar widgets; can select any dates.
Group By: Employee (default), Location
Hierarchy: Select the desired hierarchy level from the drop-down
Summarize By: Employee by Date by Position. The "N/A" option will produce the detail report.
Include Alternate Locations: Check this to include shifts worked at alternate locations. When not checked, the report only includes shifts worked at employees' primary location.
Funnel (Filters): Any report column; Display Minor Employees Only (checkbox)
Printer (Export): PDF, Excel, CSV formats

Consolidated Labor Productivity
The Consolidated Labor Productivity report provides a breakdown of Scheduled and Actual daily shifts for employees and provides calculated Productivity measures for the shifts within the given period for all locations within the selected hierarchy level. Managers’ information will only be included for authorized users.

Consolidated Payroll Control
The Consolidated Payroll Control report provides payroll and sales data for all locations in the selected hierarchy. Payroll costs are compared to both actual and forecasted sales for the Week Ending periods selected. The information can be viewed by restaurant, by position, or by date. Managers’ information will only be included for authorized users.
